The LSD generation grew up & invented Prozac to make things more bearable. I always wanted to take lsd or drop acid or whatever they did, just one time, to see if it was a wonderful as they raved about. My luck I'd have a bad trip & freak completely out & end up drooling in a mental institution somewhere in Dullsville. lol Oh well - the world moves on & so shall we . . .

I took LSD in the 90's and 2000's. it made my teenage life seem weird, to be honest I prefer the weird view than the view Prozac has given me. Cest la vie!

I did acid twice a week for 4 years in the 80s. Don't regret a bit of it. However, I am not a weak spineless piece of garbage that takes drugs to mellow me out and deal with life in general. Tom Cruise, although a tool, is right about perscription drugs - people are dumb to take them, and don't really need to.

Life never changes, does it.

People are always looking to alter reality because they are basically unhappy with the lot they have been given in life. Most people would rather have the 'lot-tery' instead.

Truly happy and sensible people do not need to take drugs to alter their perception of their existence, they MAKE their own reality by facing truth and being honest with THEMSELVES.

I'm one of those people.... Stay away from that stuff it's really no good for you. Fun for the moment but age catches up to all of us.

It is sad but a very true statement you made here. I'll go shoot myself now, thanks for the boost

True true.

i know people that have used Prozac as a recreational drug, and people who have acid "flash backs."

I don't know why people have to **** with their heads!

antidepressants can be helpful for some, but it is not the answer for some as well. a positive attitude can change how we see things in life.
