For those of you who say there isnt a reason to hit a woman, what makes it okay for a woman to hit a man?

Unless it's in self-defense, it's not ok for a woman to hit a man, nor a man to hit a woman, or for anybody to EVER hit a child for any reason.

women should not hit a man but somehow they feel because men are told that they should not hit a woman they take advantage of men. I think women use that and then think after theyve hit a man he should be charged if he hits her back. They are so wrong

Its not okay. But people say that it is worse for a man to hit a woman as they are viewed as the weaker sex.

It's not right to hit anybody. In my opinion though, if a woman hits a man first, he's open to defend himself and hit her back. Judge Judy agrees with me :)

excellent question...let's see...society sees men as strong and leaders..the see women as the weaker sex..although that's not true..anyways...men are very physically strong and could hurt a woman by hitting them, even kill them by beating them...most of the time when women hit a man, it isn't going to hurt them as bad...i'm not saying it is okay to hit...neither person should hit the other...it is just how society sees men and women...thats all
