Friends I want to buy my own Hosting Server for Publish my Website. My website is too high and long files atleast above 2-3 hundreds GBs. Please tell me the Company who makes Server and server provides above 500 GB space. And I also don't need to upload anything by Internet just by Plug & Play.

You'll need a Dedicated Server hosting plan for that much data. There are lots of hosting companies out there, but I really like the customer support and service that hostgator provides.
Their high-end Dedicated Server plan has at most 2 x 80GB SATA drives. You may want to use their chat interface and inquire about your space requirements.

You have two options. You can get a shared hosting or a dedicated hosting. Basically shared hosting will have limitations. But if you want lot of custom configurations or your going to generate more traffic to site then I would recommend dedicated server. But if your a starter then you can start with shared hosting and then convert later into dedicated hosting. I would recommend the following
www.verio.com (World largest)
www.netandhost.com (Best for cost and performance)
www.melbourneit.com.au(Good host)
I think www.netandhost.com offers gigabyte hosting or dedicated server at affordable cost. Just email all of them and get details. Then you can decide.
Basically all three of them have best infrastructure and best bandwidth.

COST: around 400/month
Quality: HIGH
2) Pay monthly for a SHARED SERVER with 10-20 others from many compaine like chainreactionweb.com - registerfly.com - godaddy.com
COST: around $60/month
QUALITY: Medium to High
3) Pay or free service on a shared server with 1000's of others from registerfly.com or yahoo.com or aol.com
COST: free to $20/month
QUALITY: variable but usually LOW
