- i deeply feel the one thing i lack
though i am deeply loved by my parents and friends,
is having someone who will take the time to discover me completely-
someone i adore so utterly that i would want to commit myself to exploring
their deepest depths as well...
i think we all need to be known. we crave it-
most of us spend our whole lives trying to understand ourselves and each other...
and love what we find.
do you think it is possible to know someone better than yourself?
and would you be brave enough to try?

Yes, it is possible to know someone better that yourself. In fact, I know my lover more than myself & more than he knows himself.
If there is something there, you will be brave enough to try to get to know them better. Other people see things about you that you don't.

I don't think it's possible to know someone better than themselves. I think as humans, we are constantly evolving and changing everyday. To me when you're in a deeply committed relationship, it takes a lifetime to know someone. I feel also, that you have to keep certain things to yourself, because when you give your entire self to someone, you kind of lose yourself in the process. Love is very subjective, it is what you make of it. And don't look love, it will come to you like a slap in the face, and you either can embrace it or turn your back on it. And I agree with you that, we all want to be known, I think it's more that we all want to be acknowledged in some form, whether it's that we want a compliment, or just a hug.

I don't think so. I believe the only one capable of perfect love is the only one who is perfect: God. He is also the only one who knows you perfectly.
But, on the other had, I do think it is possible to know someone better than you know yourself, and even better than they know themself, and to love them more than you love yourself, and to love them more than they love themself. Not only am I brave enough to try, I want to. I just have to wait for God to give me the right person.

Try smiling during your day. It will work wonders in no time at all - have faith in yourself, there is nothing we can't conquer.
We girls have the right tools but we are a little afraid to use them.
