I agree with pastels, but be careful, they can be just as dangerous as darks when pointing out how pale you are, like with a black suit, you will appear the palest in the room, but think with a yellow or white suit, it will be like you tried to match your body to the suit and it would look weird. I would actually instead of saying pastels, go with neon colors, like pink, neon green, maybe orange/w flowers (not plain orange)
Also if you wear a bikini, you could have even more of a range of colors ... with a bikini, i would just say don't wear black, dark blue, or yellow or white. (eww no gold either.... it always looks pretty but it never looks right on people")

I like to wear light blue. Kinda like the light blue in the text on yahoo answers. I think pastels favor light skin. Stay away from yellow as it can make people look sick depending on their skin coloring. You can always take a friend shopping with you to help pick out the suit and colors.

Stick with light colors, pastels would be best. If you were dark colors your pale skin will stand out. Think of it like this. You a piece of black paper and you put a spot of white. People are going to notice that black. So I'd stick with light colors and as you grow darker you can switch to dark colors.

The darker the garment, the lighter the skin will appear in contrast...Think light, or pale shades...some brights are okay--but as a general rule, stay away from cobalt blue...

Light Pink, Yellow & Green. Greens and pinks look especially nice on redheads and blondes. Blues, yellows and pinks like good on brunettes.

i think a hot pink swim suit on pale skin would really pop. i love that.....man i wish i had pale skin.

I'm very fair skinned. I always end up buying bikinis that are a sunset color with palms trees and yellow in it..OR solid magenta......OR solid pink.....or solid red.

Dark colors such as red, black, brown..differentiate your paleness to the suit...it will make you look sexy....
