I ONCE WAS TOLD THAT SINCE THE BLIND CAN NOT KEEP THEIR EYES STILL, THEY EYES CONSTANTLY ROLL AROUND AND IT'S WAS A DISTRACTION TO OTHERS SO SOME ONE SUGGEST THEY COVER THEM . THE BLIND CANNOT FOCUS ON A OBJECT, THE EYES MOVES BACK AND FOURTH AND ROLLS AROUND IN THEIR HEAD.

Well, when someone is blind their eyes still aren't really used to the sun. Also, their eyes normally do look a bit different.

People should wear them to protect their eyes from harmful UV rays. But I'm guessing that the majority of people wear them for cosmetic purposes.

Protection, yes. But I think it is for our benefit. It makes people feel weird when they are talking to someone who doesn't look them in the eye. And blind people can't do that.

They are still sensitive to light, and they may not feel comfortable with other people seeing their eyes.

Certain cases of blindness make the eye to alter right into a milky whitened/grey color. They ware the glasses to cover it.
