Nothing.
Actually I love to grill, so I plan to make my favorite meal. Bacon wrapped fillet Mignon, corn on the cob, rice, and a few beers. Maybe some shrimp or rock lobster tails in we have any.

I don't know, my birthday isn't for 6 days. But, I think I am probably going to spend it with my folks. I have every year after to go out and party.

If no one has made plans to take me to a nice dinner or movie, then I simply treat myself to a great meal.
I don't need to wait for someone to offer that.
Other things would be a nice shopping spree, a trip. All depends where I am at the time.
But it still is a nice surprise if someone does that for me. :))

I usually run my age in miles and then spend the rest of the day at a spa getting a massage and a manicure.

I'm addicted to ice cream, so I always eat about half of the obligatory ice cream cake in one sitting...then complain about it and wish I hadn't for the rest of the evening (until I sneak into the freezer and grab another slice)!!
