Non-abrasive cleaner for baked on food, stove tops, sinks, bathtubs.

Make a paste with laundry detergent to scrub out stains.

Add to wash to remove odors and brighten/whiten clothes.

Leave open in refrig/freezer to absorb odors.

Make a loose paste and apply on skin rash of Poison Ivy. Let it dry, it will flake off eventually, but can be vacuumed, reapply as needed to soothe itching.

my mom used to put a teaspoon of it in water and drink it for heartburn.

if you put quite a bit of it in a glass of water you can pour it over your hair and it strips all the hairspray and hair products that have built up on your hair.

as a clothes detergent.

You can put it in your refrigerator to help absorb any food odors.
You can put it in your toothpaste to help whiten/brighten teeth. :)
