Why in the world would you want it padded if it's a DD? Try ebay or victoria's secret - they have good swimsiuts and sometimes sell the tops alone.

You can also try Lane Bryant. The have sizes up to 48DD, However they don't carry my size (50DD) so another source I go to is Roamans. They care for all bigger sizes.
