Try ponstan or naprogesic. Basically anything stronger than panadol should help. If nothing else helps, a hot water bottle is the easiest and quickest way.

Just take the tablet of Dicyclomine HCl (medicine generic name) it will result in 2 mins and it is safest and priscribed by the Dr in the same cause.

i have tried lots of pain killers for pains during that time of the month but out of all the medications i would definitly recommend Neurofen. its great and lasts for ages! i hope that helps. i found that panadol didnt work as well as i thought it would.

why don't u use the pain killer NICE tablets, its good as it really good & works for me.
