Even infants who have virtually very limited knowledge know right from wrong...that's why they hide when they are doing mischief...
they may not know yet why its wrong but they FEEL it as it is built into our brains...we know because we feel it is wrong...

there are so many definitions of right and wrong. A child coloring a book with a red crayon, when teacher instructed to use only a green one, is doing it wrong. If an adult men walking by an elderly woman who collapsed on the ground and helping her up and asking if she needs help and providing it to her, is doing something so right. We can obviously give an example after example, but to sum it up, I'd say this. Doing something right is to follow your heart and logical thinking. Doing something right is to try to your best abilities to accomplish something even if you fail. Wrong would be knowingly engaging in an act that in our mind and consciousness doesn't follow the simple rules. However does the child coloring a book with the red crayon while instructed to use the green one is really doing something bad? Or maybe it is just the way it tries to explore, experiment and learn? You decide.

Morally right to another person:

1. If it's what you would have them do to you, then it is right.
2. If it's not what you would have them do to you, then it is wrong.

Morally right to yourself:

1. If it's what produces what you want, then it is right,
2. If it's what produces what you don't want, then it is wrong.

A good way to tell is by researching all about the subject before making any decisions. The more you know about it, the less chances you have in making a mistake.

What is right is what is morally right both for yourself and others. If one is more than the other, then it is right in one aspect and wrong in another. But if it is right in both aspects, then it is morally right.

Right and Wrong can be determined only by the consequences of an action or inaction. It is generally accepted, for example, that killing people is wrong. In general, this is true. There are examples, however, when NOT killing is wrong.

If I am a soldier who chooses not to kill the enemy, I may be well be wrong because the consequence of my decision is that my countrymen may be killed by the soldier I chose not to kill.

A simpler example would be as follows: If I had an opporutnity on September 10, 2001 to kill those who attacked us, I would have been morally wrong NOT to kill them. I would have been arrested, tried, and probably convicted of murder, but I would have been morally correct because the consequence of my murder would be saving thousands of innocent lives and preventing the lasting outcomes of that attack.

We can't, of course, see the future, so we have to make our decisions based on the information available to us. A choice is moral or immoral based on its probable consequences. We all have to choose as well as we can.

You cant tell. What seems wronge to you may be completly justifed by the person next to you. The only person who should dictate what is right or wrong is the person performing the action.

Right and Wrong are programmed into us through our conscience, God has placed this within everyone to show that he exists. The Bible is also a tool for determining what is right ot wrong.

Right and wrong depend on the nature of a being. One can judge right and wrong by discerning the nature of a being and whether its actions are in accord with its nature.
