Blinded by the light, reved up like a deuce, another runner in the night. Awesome song. Played on the movie Blow. One of the best movies based on actual events!
Everyone thinks it's wrapped up but it's not!

I always thought it was "reved up like a Deuce. Another runner in the night" as in Deuce Coupe I assume.

Its "Revved", not wrapped, and "Deuce" not douche. It refers to being revved up like the engine of a "Deuce Coupe", what they used to call a Two-Seater Sports Car back in the 50's and 60's.

in technical terms, they are driving and someones bright headlights are blinding them,

In metaphors, take your pick on what it means....

-hes running from something in the middle of the night and gets blind sided by them ....

the list can go on .... songs are usually how you interpret them anyway.... they don't mean the same to anyone ...
