My favorite movie is the same as you, I'm guessing from your name, Princess Buttercup. The Princess Bride, with Cary Elwes, Robin Penn Wright, Mandy Patikin, and Andre the Giant is my favorite movie. It has an amazing cast. Besides the people I have mentioned, it also starrs Billy Crystal, Chris Sarandon, Christopher Guest, Wallace Shawn, Peter Faulk, and Carol Kane. How much better can you get? Not to mention, they kill off the hero, the bad guy gets off almost scott free, and the princess almost kills herself. Great story, with tons of humor.
I have just one word for you if you dont like this movie:
"Inconceivable!"

Lord Of The Rings. The fact that they stayed so close to the books was absolutely amazing. It's a shame that it had to be cheapened when the ex trekkies starting having conventions and dressing like the characters. Or the profit driven stage show reared it's ugly head.. But no matter what the pudding heads do it won't take away from the fact it was one of the greatest literary achievments of our time.

I too love The Princess Bride, but it isn't my favorite. No, that honor goes to (drumroll) The Last Unicorn. Yes, it's old and animated. But I can still remember the day it came on after Fraggle Rock. It was before I was in school, so everyday was perfect. Everytime I watch it, it takes me back to that and it makes me happy.

Porky's. While all the other kids watched Bambi, Annie, and other kid stuff, I grew up watching that along with Hamburger Hill. I watched it so much I can't believe I never got tired of it.
