Find out the source of your anger through introspection, and work through eliminating the stresses or causes of the anger. This may require some life changes (elimination of boyfriends or husbands, changing jobs, or even moving away from people).... so be prepared to make changes, or stay angry.
In the short term, I recommend Yoga, meditation, envisioning the beach or a meadow and put yourself there, hiding under your desk for a few minutes, or cuddling in bed with a teddy bear.

There is the obvious of yoga or breathing techniques to free the mind of its natural chemical response to stress inducing situations.
If a medical intervention is necessary for when all else has failed, a combination of the prescription drugs Lamictal and Seroquel works wonders for my impulsive personality and its associated anger management issues. These are both medications for Bipolar Disorder that I am working to try and get under control.

When you are relaxed... What are you doing? Whatever it is, do more of it! Try to steer clear of things that upset you. If this is impossible, or you think maybe you are over-reacting, then it would be a good idea to visit with your family doctor. Your stress level may be to high for you to handle and the doctor could prescribe something to help you cope.

First find out what you like to do that relaxes you and do it more often. But Saint Johns Wort will also help. It helps with alot of different symptoms. Irritability, for sure. My hubby used it for a long time. It helps you not stress the little things and mellows out your mood.

the best advice i have for this situation is ask "FRANK" the drugs man. My old buddies in that department should be able to offer all sorts of advice and convince you that all those steroids, pills, smack and e's are no longer helping in your day to day life struggle. seek advice from friends, parents, grand parents, bus drivers, drainage engineers, bin men, builders, rail workers and darts players. my advice has many a time been noted for its excellence and i hope its been of some use today. if you need any additional help. e mail me and we could go out . good luck stress head

Take deep breathes and act all bitchy to people and act all important and it annoys them and you calm down or go for a hot bath.
