Yes pain when your pregnant is normal. When I was pregnant I had major hart burn tums were my favorite food. They also say if you have hart burn your baby will have lots of hair that's not true my boy only had a little bit like a mow halk.Oh ya if you do suddenly get hart burn use tums instead of Rolaids . Rolaids have too much almost like tin in them that what my doctor told me good luck but all in the end of the pain the baby is the best part. Especially when they smile and laugh I get lots of belly laughs taking care of my munchkin.

Headaches in pregnancy are so normal, a lot of women get them. Unfortunately you need to avoid medication and mostly then will start to disappear after 12 weeks.

Although headaches are normal in pregnancy along with leg cramps and other painful experiences. Remember with pregnancy you also have higher risk for high blood preassure, low blood preassure, stroke, blood clots, I would talk to my doctor if you are experiencing any swelling, double vision, lethargy, etc. I have been there with severepreeclampsia. My daughter came at 28 weeks gest. She is almost seven now. Take care of yourself and talk to your doc at the next appt.

I had the same problem at the beginning, it's your hormones changing with the baby inside. My subsided about 24 weeks, if not a little later. I am now 35 weeks and have one maybe every 2 weeks.

Go get a book called " what to expect when you are expecting". It's the pregnancy bible and will help with all these questions. It's excellent in describing all of these little things that worry moms and help distinguish when something is "normal" or not.
Good Luck!

Yes headaches/migrains are unfortunatly normal. I get them just about every evening. It really sucks. I had all the way through both my pregnancies and am getting them again with this new baby. You can take tylonal but that is about it.

The headaches are not due to the pregnancy. Frequent headaches are not normal under any condition. They should definitely be checked.

Sometimes it is. I had a lot of headaches with my daughter (my 2nd child) and not my son (my first born). Ask your doctor to make sure everything is okay. Oh and drink plenty of water. Thats what caused my headaches was lack of water
