An egotist is one who uses "I" and "me" to excess, talks continually about oneself, or holds an exaggerated opinion of oneself.

You should really look at a dictionary first, but best look it up on the Internet on 'Word' then go into Thesaurus, so you have many definitions because it could mean many things in different situations. Hope this helps. P.S. the first thing anyone would say, is a self centred person, me, me me, I, I, I. That is not necessarily the case.
