Clinton, and not because I hate Bush, but because
1.The economy was better under Clinton
2.There was less fear/actual terrorist attacks
3.The country was fairly united
4.Less division between parties
5.Better education plan without No Child Left Behind
6.Working on healthcare problems vs. working on changing the Consitiution
7.Scandals had to do with sex, not money theft, conspiracy, and wiretapping...
Clinton wins, the only place people really hate him for is the affair and that was his private business, in reality almost all Presidents have affairs...

don't never say nothin bad bout Clinton, mmm mmm. That's my dog. When he needed someone dead, he sent a missile in the night and we never knew nothin about it. Bush has gotta go mucking everything up. Clinton would have had a hit squad snuff binladen all quiet like. Nobody'd even find the body. He just be like 'don't worry, it's taken care of.' Clinton lowered the deficit, bush has jacked it up. Clinton was gettin nookie like a true player, bush is a dork. Every president passes a controversial bill before they leave office so they can do what they would have been grilled for in term. Clinton passed an education bill, most of us speculate Bush's bill will call for emegency powers to carry on a holy war into WWIII. nuff said.

I have to go with what "Bill Bob Jr" said if you don't mind
"if you had ask me back in 2004 / 2005 I would of said George
not for nothing but Bill got him beat hands down, and I'm a Right-wing, George will go down as the dumbest prz; ever, you would have to be from a cave to think other-wise, SORRY!!!! I'm voting all Dem this year, only because the Rep; is in lock step".

George Bush, without a doubt. That is an easy one. While both are men, Bush is addressing problems straight on, Clinton was carousing with an intern while calling the Russians. Thank God he was in there during 9/11, Afghanistan and Iraq.

I don't think that Clinton did a whole lot, but then Bush came in and he keeps screwing things up, and likes to try to cover all the bad things up with what he thinks is good to try to make his self look better. I don't think it matters who is in there, none of them know what in the world to do. I can tell you this, noone has made this world any better, it is only getting worse.

Bush, because he's taking charge without allowing public opinion to rule his decisions. Clinton on the other hand caved into special interest groups and never really accomplished anything.
