JuJu....I use my lap top at the dining room table. Every day I sit on the hardest, most uncomfortable chair. I'm not sure why. I think I initially did it so I wouldn't be inclined to spend endless hours staring at a monitor. *sighs* much good that did.... now I just have a sore back and no motivation to move my bottom. I deserve the pain I endure.

Because my chair will not fit under my desk to allow me to reach my computer and mouse comfortable. So I have to slouch over to type and prop up my elbows on my desk when using my mouse. I know it's sad. I'm only 5'2 and my feet don't even touch the floor. How sad? :-(

Because the chair isn't actually as ergonomic as they want you to believe.

attempt a chair with adjustable hands besides as adjustable seat properly. some type of lumbar help would help, even tho your discomfort is higher back. also you would take advantage of an adjustable footrest. attempt those out in the keep and word no matter if or not they relieve pressure on your back.
