I agree to the other answers eat all your veges and fresh fruit and meat if you like! Broccoli is great cause it has lots of folate and good vitamins. But also take folate tablets that makes your bub strong and able to fight off anything bad. But most of all enjoy , it's a beautiful time....

Do not eat alot of tuna or alot of any sea food for that matter. Dark green leafy veges are the best at this stage. Fruits and dairy are also very nutritious. Six small meals is a hundred times better than three large ones. Exercise is also a good way to keep healthy. Just remember a person who has stayed fit throughout her pregnancy is more capable of delivering easier than a woman who has gotten lazy.

drink milk. If your not a milk drinker, don't worry, you will "crave" what your body needs. I hate milk, but when I was pregnant I drank more than 3 glasses a day.
stay away from fried foods.
If you go to a fast food place a hamburger is good, with the works its the condiment you choose that could be bad for you, Choose Mustard and it will be alright. Mustard has no calories.
Do not drink caffinated beverages. Try Rootbeer, sprite, diet products. These are caffiene free drinks.

I got preganant when I was 17 now I'm 26 I've had 3 children and I ate what ever I wanted. The only thing I think I cut back on was soda but I liked totally different things with each child. And my children were very healthy. You might want to take vitamins though. Good luck

Just eat sensibly. It all depends on how much weight you feel like putting on in this pregnancy. It like you normally do but definitely up the intake of fruits and veggies. Add the prenatal vitamins to your diet. Also drink extra milk, because the baby takes all of calcium from your body. Congratulations.

Lots of iron rich foods (meat, dark green leafy veggies), and get a prescription for a folic acid vitamin. Folic acid is a must for pregnant women, because the baby needs it. You really don't need to over-do the eating part. Many women use this excuse to eat and eat... and all they get is fat. Eat until you feel full, and then stop.

well you can eat what ever you want really. Just be sure to get a lot of fruits and vegies and protien. those are important. You can have some junk food but in moderation. You need to gain weight and get extra calorlies for the baby but you dont want it all to come from cookies.

Fruits, vegetables, and anything healthy. Avoid fried, and fatty foods, and of course, avoid junk foods as much as possible. Talk to your doctor, he can give you a complete list of foods you should be eating. Also, it's really important for you to take your vitamins, and keep all of your appointments with your doctor!
ps
Avoid seafood!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!
Please drink plenty of water and eat
rinsed fresh fruits and raw veggies, fresh meats,(not lunch meats unless it is turkey breast)) cheese milk, whole grain breads. Try to limit boxed prepared foods to a minimum (rice a roni, mac n cheese...)
When you feel tired ... REST! Your body is the boss for awhile, listen to its signals. This learning process helps you to be more in tune to the baby too (c:
