there is just a spot of fresh(red) blood and he says he is quite sore.This only happens after sex so what can be doing this. He says that the condoms feel tight. Can this be the cause?

did the blood come from any visible tear from the penis itself (check the under side of the penis head where the foreskin connect to the crown) or it came out like the ejaculation? Pin point the sore spot inside or outside. If it's inside you need to check with a doctor for possible infection.

get your husband to a doctor! pronto! i don't understand why anyone would put off seeing an expert immediately - my tackle is important to me i want to to be healthy and working and pleasurable for as long as possible and i'll pay to get it look after right - people spend loads of time and money on their cars, this is you body, you can't buy another one! get to the doctor

There may be an UTI (Urinary trac infection) to ur husband. He need to consult a sexologist/ urologist immediately.

It might be a urinary tract infection of some sort, although this would be apparent anytime. He should have it checked out.

He should use more lube.
