it can still be healthy as long as both people are keeping themselves clean and having safe sex. as far as why men like it, id say women like it too, my wife loves m e to have sex with her anus, its a bit tighter and it allows us another way to be intimate together, she performs that on me also to be fair. i used to think it was dirty until i tried it with her, it can be very intimate with someone you truly love.
