Well that's the internet for you and sadly some of these guys are predators in disguise. It's quite alarming when you think about it and you wonder who the heck monitors this place? I just read some questions and think 'what the f*** is wrong with this person?.'
Sorry for my language but I that's the feelings I get when I see these posts.
Parents are parents and we can't hold them entirely accountable for the net is standard in todays society. Parents can only inform their children to the dangers and hopefully the child understands the concept.

They are busy in the other room in chat rooms finding cyber love. Or maybe they are at work, and the kid has free reign in the house. Or maybe they aren't really 13/14.
I think you are right though, most parents probably don't have a clue what their kids are doing on the computer.

I agree. The rest come on here looking for a boyfriend or girlfriend and then when someone answers that they have plenty of time to worry about that enjoy life or something like that, they act like there lives are going to end because they don't have one.

Even though you are a Red Sox fan, I have to agree with you on this one. I have no clue where the parents are and it is very sickening to see this. Obviously these young teens are very naive in this situation. But I guess maybe life makes it hard for the parents to be around, and they have to work. I dunno I am not trying to defend the parents. I am trying to offer one possiblity.
Or maybe these kids have the computers in their room. I am sure they see the commerials and just don't care thinking, it'll never happen to my kid.

I agree with you. I wish there was some way Yahoo would censor some of that info out of their questions/answers. They censor the curse words..and I feel that a teenager giving out that private info is more harmful than a curse word.

I think we all remember when we were young, or around that age. We did anything for attention.
those are some of the bad choices that all of have made at one time or another.

Because at such a young age they have no concept of what they are doing and do not realise the cosequences of thier actions.
