when i am sad i go up to the terrace and think to my self and console myself.it seems kind of hard initially but trust me its the best to fight such situations esp when u have no trustworthy friends.and believe me when u do so by the end u'll feel much better and even stronger.if u don't find the terrace a good place then i suggest u to go for a walk come back &have a bath .and if u can't do that then answer peoples' questions on this site that'll make u feel better too.

When I feel sad I try to do things tokeep my mind off what I am sad over. I cook, read, write, go for a walk anything but dwell.

talk to my friends, definately. Or write a good friend and email venting it out in the email, that way its out of your system. I like to walk also, creates feel good chemicals in ur body and makes you feel better about yourself

Get busy being kind to people for no reason at all.

look into the mirror,scream or yell if it is needed, recall myself that i m wasting my time, take a shower, listen to music and eat chocolates
