First of all, if you haven't visit your doctor, go now, so that you're sure that you're having piles (hemorrhoids).

Second, you have to find the cause of your hemorrhoids, otherwise treatment can not be lasting.

Hemorrhoids can develop due to a genetic predisposition, constipation is the most common cause of hemorrhoids, and other causes are pregnancy, significant overweight, overeating, heavy lifting, acid/alkaline imbalance, fatigue liver, Vitamin B-6 deficiency. Sitting or standing in one position for long periods of time and lack of exercise can contribute to the development of hemorrhoids.

So, if you have constipation - resolve your problem with proper diet (high fiber and lots of liquid). If you're overweight - lose weight.

Remember: anything that can cause additional pressure in the abdominal area can contribute to developing of hemorrhoids.

For treatment I suggest Rue Care Oil, it brings immediate relief.

IF YOU ARE FROM INDIA....
Go for Homeopath medicine. (It is actually combination sort). I had severe Piles with fissure. Only 15 days medicine and since 05 years now I'm perfectly fine. It would cost you only Rs 850/- for 15 days medicine.

Change your diet...eat fresh fruit and vegetables and give up junk foods which lack fibre. You need a freesh food diet rish in grains and bran. Eat fruits and no processed foods..
