I think its a horror film about a pervy architect who builds a house within a house so that he can spy on the women who lives there?
Any ideas? We have been discussing weird films in work and this film has been thrown into the conversation with no clue of what it really is!

The only other info i've got is that he was watching her through two way mirrors in the house, dont know if that will help at all.

There is a movie with Klaus Kinski called Crawlspace:
A man who runs a boarding house for women is really an ex-Nazi who has the house equipped with secret passageways, hidden rooms and torture and murder devices.
Has been on TV lately.

The film is Sliver made in 1993 starring Sharon Stone, William Baldwin and Tom Berenger and directed by Phillip Noyce. It was based on a 1991 novel by Ira Levin. Both the book and film are about mysterious goings-on in a privately-owned New York highrise apartment building, especially after a new tenant -- an attractive young woman working in publishing -- has moved in. The script of the film was by Joe Ezsterhaus who also wrote Basic Instinct.
According to the movie, the tall and narrow "sliver" building is said to be located at 113 East 38th Street in Manhattan. The actual building used in the film is known as Morgan Court and is located in Manhattan, at 211 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10016. It was built in the 1980s and has 32 floors. While the movie made use of the building's courtyard, the lobby was a Los Angeles film set.

Is it the one where they move to this little town town and the family finds the little camera in her bedroom and bathroom ceiling and a tv in the attic where he watches them?and they report him to the police and they want do nething about it cuz it wasnt illegal yet?????
