It is not actually shrinkage. They are designed to move to and fro from the body. In a cold environment, the scrotum would look smaller because the cremaster muscles contract moving your testicles closer to your body. When it is hot or you are having a warm bath, it looks bigger because the muscles relax making the testicles drop further away.
If you stroke the thigh of some people, you can elicit the cremasteric reflex, which demonstrates this phenomenon clearly as it goes back and forth.

Once sexual activities diminish due to illness or age, the organs start to shrink. This is a natural phenomenon. You need not waste money to make it to normal. The balls also shrink or gets closer to the body to keep warm

Shrinkage is better than expansion. Mine once blew up to coconut size after period of sexual inactivity. They also had this intense blue colour to them. Scary.

it's like a thermometer, it expand and shrink according to the need to produce sperm.

yes, usually when you are aroused or cold... your balls shrink closer to your body to retain warmth or in preparation for ejaculation.

Mine do the same thing......I kinda like it though. Every time I drop my drawers it's like opening a box of chocolates...ya never know what you're gonna get.
