The only possible way of recording your phone conversation is either from your mobile phone or from MSU( Main switching unit ) of the cellphone company the process of recording at the switching center of the cellphone company is very simple but usually it is not accessible to general citizens, only on the request from the security or the law enforcement, the cell phone compnies provides recording of calls
Cloning your phone will not help because simultaneous use of cloned mobiles is not possible even if you have 10 clones only one will be active in a voice conversation at a time
