Hannibal, the Carthaginian General that trounced Roman Italy. The man was a tactical genius and from all reports, a phenomenal leader of men. It would be keenly interesting just to pick his brain on philosophy. (You know almost all of the ancient warrior-generals were not only soldiers, but musicians, engineers, philosophers and poets.)

Charles Darwin. I would say, "I've read your book and I find it facinating. It reads like a text book so it is a bit boring in parts but a great resource!"

I would want to meet him just to shake his hand and have a cup of tea.

Hm that´s hard since there are so many people who I want to see.
But I assume that Jesus would be that one person. Would that not be great to be able to see if it´s just a big lie or not? I would ask him if he really can walk on water!
