Well dressed man with a scouse accent is music to my ears but a scouse dressed tacky no way Stephen Gerrard is a prime example of a nice scouser, but i dont get you question fully.

I think a Scouse accent is quite appealing, actually I like most English accents except Estuary English which is really horrible.

I love them. But for some reason when I hear a scouse accent I have to say "Someones stolen me rabbits" (The liver birds)

Don't like scouse accent it's too severe. Same with Glaswegian and Northern Ireland.

No worse than any other accent in the UK to me, though Manchester is better.
