Virtual friendship as in? If you mean online friend, or friend you found from the internet which you'll probably never met.... Yeah, I believe in it but... it can be a waste of time if... they befriend with you just because they want something for you... like if you're a rich neopian in Neopets, you would probably get "friends" from nowhere. ^_^:; It depends though. Right now, I'm satisfied with my virtual friends. They're really cool and nice! :D

waste of time, friendship is based on getting something in return and thats impssible with an online friend

its very specific... and depends on the situations and the people.. you miss out on talking long hours cuz you're not available everytime, on hugging your friend and shaking hands ... its not the same...
