You could try "Putang Ina Mo" (or its truancation, Tang Ina Mo), which translates to "You Son of a Beeyatch". But seriously, it's hard to totally insult Pinoys, because all the pinoy curse words (even the one I gave) is used in the venacular. It's not really as taboo or as shocking as you would want. Sort of like saying "fu*k", "SOB", "dick", and stuff like that. Those curse words only get strength from usage; by themselves, they aren't so bad. Same with Pinoy curse words.
