OK, There is Cinema Secrets. Its a high pigmented foundation that is water proof and perspiration proof.Cinema secrets is what the movie industry uses on actors and on film set.You can order samples of it to see what matches your skin tone best. You can keep this brand as your everyday makeup. No matter the weather rain or sunny, Hot or cold. Your foundation will stay on.

You might want to try that one. Also depending if you have the money try airbrush makeup. It is waterproof and sweat proof as well. You entire makeup will stay on for at least 24 hours.

But if i were you i would go for the airbrush, cause i want you to have not only a foundation that lasts but also eye makeup and lip makeup that will last as well. Plus if you get a good airbrush professional, she will make your makeup perfect and add that "Glow" or JLO glow that everyone is so looking for nowadays. Plus, if you have tattoos or body marks or birthmarks you want unseen on your big day. it can be covered up easily.

Make up of any kind will move when you perspire. Make sure you are washing your face with a cleanser for oily skin and following the cleanser with a toner and a moisturizer(Neutrogena). Before you put on your makeup you need to apply a makeup base. I use the one sold at Sephora by the Model_Co. Works great. It is a clear base that helps to keep your makeup on all dayThen apply the foundation followed with a pressed powder to seal it in. Then you need to use a makeup finishing spray. I use Model in a bottle. The only one used by both Tyra and Oprah. You can only buy this online, but it works GREAT!

Try Mary Kay. In fact, if you don't have anyone doing your makeup for your wedding day, they will come to your house and take care of you and your bridal party the day of for a nominal fee that is normally less than other makeup artists that do wedding day makeup. I've put both the Canadian and US websites for Mary Kay below. You can do searches on both sites for a consultant in your area. (My sister is a consultant in Canada and swears by this stuff).

Revlon Colorstay will not come off till you take it off..it is kind of drying in the first place, but try it a few times on hot humid days and see how it does...it really does work!

I would buy "makeup sheets" to remove the extra sweat off your face. They often come in the same shade as your makeup foundation.
Go see the MAC counter.

Maybelline Pure Make-up is 50% water. It's very light and not runny at all! I live in FL and with all the humidity here, it stays on all day!

Yeah, hon, definitely go for a powdery type foundation.
Those mineral ones work good, but even in drugstores they sell "cosmetic name brand" mineral makeup.
Whatever you do, don't use liquid.
