except you search for advice from a better authority (who would or would no longer have get proper of entry to), you may't retrieve any E-Mails once deleted..except obviously you've kept a replica of it someplace on your not straight forward stress.

Find the rip in the space/time continuim and transport yourself back a year or so and the rest is easy.

it depeneds on where the file is if it is at yahoo you might well for get it. on if you dowloaded to your compter you might be able to get it back back for a price i mean a big price lots of money if you haven't reformatted your hard drive
