well u can make a difference in ur own small way.
but its not going to be an easy task mind u.

for eg.
stop bribing ur postman (he wont like it one bit and u may face irregularity in receiving ur letters but then eventually others will follow ur lead and finally with ur persevearance u can make the postman mend his ways)

stop bribing the telephone lineman(same logic as above)

next time u get pulled over by a cop and he agrees to let u off for some small amount, pay the full fine and insist on getting a receipt.

after all why should u pay him for ur fault pay the government.

well there are a number of such acts by which u can help end corruption,

but remember its not gonna be easy

There is nothing you can do to eradicate corruption from any organisation without joining it. If you want to clean up a messy room, you'll have to enter the room and work towards the goal. Same is the case with Politics. Untill and unless you make an effort to enter the politics and get rid of the corruption there is not much you can do.

There is no way to end corruption, ever.

People are inherently corrupt.
