The roller-grabby thing keep grabbing two sheets of paper and then jams up. To make matters worse, it makes a beeping noise. When I take the paper out and try to print again, the madness starts all over.

The good folks a Hewlett Packard have my thanks.

I was a Canon tech for 14 years and the best advice I can give you is to:
1.) buy a copier that can handle the volume you actually do, not the copier that fits your budget.
2.) Get a service contract with a company that has a good reputation. Bigger isn't always better.
3.) use the copier as it's supposed to be used and install it per recommendations. I had a customer who had constant jams every morning.....the copier was using the same wall outlet as the coffee maker and microwave......
Canons are pretty good in my opinion. Mita Kyocera is crap.

It jams all the time, and I have no way of knowing until I go to get what I printed because it is in another room. So I sit and think my documets are printing when the machine is actually jamming up.

I have an HP so I have very few beefs, however from time to time it does that classic HP thing of just printing out pure B.S. for a few pages. This is usually when i need something printed ASAP.
