Ugly, no way, Idon't like a lot of tats on anyone but 1 or 2 looks great on a guy or girl, I like the lower back tat design best on girls though, looks cool. I have 1 on my right shoulder & I'm thinking of getting my own design on my left forearm. Tats aren't ugly, just some designs & over done bodywork, but that's only my opinion.

it all depends on the area and the tatoo, but otherwise tats are okay for females also

no. tattoos are not ugly at all. they usually are more attractive to me. ( most of the time that is, there are excptions to every rule. )
