It depends where you are.
In the UK you can get in nightclubs and Id suggest Alterntaive ie rave, metal, goth alternative ones as more friendly.
In US its different. Not sure how you work that, join clubs? we don't have them here.
Get into surfing like a beach culture if near one...
Its SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much more easy if you are a girl.
