She is retired, no family here. We have been engaged over 2 years and want to be in 1 place. My visa to come there was denied b/c they didn't believe it was just to visit.

Get an ETA (Electronic Travel Authority); you can get these online for about 20 dollars for up to a year's travel to Aust., at three month intervals (meaning you can stay for up to three months before you have to leave, then come back and stay for another three months, etc., for up to a year from the purchase of the ETA.), you can buy these online. Otherwise, get an engagement visa. This requires for you two to have evidence that you've met, and are planning on getting married. I've immigrated to Aust., married my husband here (He's Aussie, I'm Yankee like yourself); with the ETA, it's basically an instant thing, easy as; then you can pursue the rest of the migrating here after that. Otherwise, it's basically the same in America. The process is the same, whether you're coming here, or she's going there.
Good luck. And don't give up. It's worth the wait.

Get her a passport or visa and pay for her to fly over her... get married in the country (some where that alows it) and if your a citizen then she will be too.

Even if some place don't accept your marriage they should accept the new citicenship..... though you might wana look into it.

Otherwise can bring her over and look into getting citicenship tests.
