Ballroom.
I took dance lessons every other day for a while and was never in better shape. I was fit, had energy and lost two dress sizes and it was a lot of fun.
Focus on the faster dances: Swing, Cha-Cha, Mambo but intermix the the slower ones to give yourself a break and have some variety: Waltz, Foxtrot, Rumba, Tango.
They are all great.

i got here around the e book to be very informative and straightforward to study. i have lost 17 kilos in 12 days, i'm merely worried that i'm dropping too a lot weight, too right now. i visit admit i have not talked concerning the training guide precisely. i'm no longer sticking completely to the listed ingredients and meal plans (yet quite frequently) and doing little or no workout, although the burden keeps flying off. It obviously works and if i'd talked about it precisely i imagine it would scare the residing daylights out of me with the aid of quantity that i'd lose. So thanks again for the guidelines. i have never offered some thing like this in the previous because they are frequently complete of trash, yet 3WD has been a delightful wonder. commence proper this second!

Any dance should be good. Just getting up and dancing to a song on the radio is good for your body too. Ballet makes your legs strong, and belly dancing will make your stomach strong. Pilates (Aren't a type of dance but excersies ) are really good. Check out info about them...

I bought a few aerobics tapes and enjoyed them immensely. My favourite was the latin American dancing.
The best dancing is actually twisting, and something like the Mexican Hat Dance.
The variety of aerobic tapes now are incredible...kick boxing, taichi, salsa...just do what turns you on..they are all good...I find the ones I enjoy, are better than boring difficult exercises...I had a whole box of them and would do a bit here and a bit there as it suited...and you should too.
I also work out until I am tired...and each day you extend your time ...rather than giving up because you cannot do a full CD in one sitting...

You might want to try Turbo Kick. Turbo Kick is a fun fusion of dance, martial arts and aerobic exercise that is offered in gyms in most cities across the United States.
If you can't get to a Turbo Kick class, you could also try Turbo Jam, the DVD series based on Turbo Kick. The program has been generally well-reviewed and is available from http://www.beachbody.com.
Best of luck --

My cousin loves Jazzercise and I'm pretty sure you can find classes almost anywhere. Other than that, I think any kind of dance that you enjoy and keeps you moving is a good fun way to exercise and stay in shape. Good luck!

There is a game called Pump it Up (similar to DDR, but better for dancing in my opinion). At first all you can do is erratic and jerky movements, but after some practice, you can incorporate dance moves into it and its great exercise. I'll play for 10 min and be drenched in sweat.

Irish tap-dance or Riverdance. It looks like someone can loose weight from dancing it.
