The work environment is and has always been competitive for both men and women. For men, they have been competing in sports, games, etc. for years and years. Women on the other hand began their competition with one another, then had to fight for rights in the mens workforce...now she goes into work competing against women and fighting the men to make it to the top...Maybe one day women will realize she has nurturing instincts and will use them, maybe she will trust that she was stronger to hold a family together and will use this, and maybe she realize that she doesn't have to envy other women who she thinks may be better than herself and use brains and energy to build a team that will be there forever rather than to break a team down who will eventually turn against her.

Because they've been instilled with the "I'm a woman so you better treat me better than the guys" attitude. They want their cake and eat it too. Be treated as equals (or more) when it comes to salaries, promotions etc., yet still expect to be offered the same courtesies that women have been extended for years prior to the feminist movements. One minute they're "Ms. Working Girl" the next they're "Little Miss Manners". Women also tend to be petty, jealous and incredibly vindictive, especially to their own kind. Frank enough for ya?

My guessing they feel the need to be better than the other women and are more compeitive sence it's only resenty that women in the work place as been seen an acceptable thing and not a taboo.

because women are biotches. I mean, we are selfish, insecure, two faced, hormonal, manipulators and when you put us together in a work place all of these qualities increase 10 folds, since then we also begin to develop the same or similar hormonal cycles. When this happens, and we're all hormal at the same time, All hell breaks loose......no one stands a chance!

The only reason is suspicion and perhaps reservations. There is no reason for any woman not to get along if she can be objective and resist the temptation to be 'extraordinary'.

you guys are so jealous of eachother(i work at a callcenter where 80% of the employees are women)...but its a great place to have multiple affairs :)
