I especially get annoyed with them when they are in one of my classes. They try to sound so smart when all they are really doing is kissing the professors @ss and are just showing off. I hate when they dominate class discussions and act like they know it all. Why are these people like this??

hhahaha i know exactly what u mean u know what i do i prove them wrong so the next time they try to "dominate class discussions" they think twice lol NOW I SOUND LIKE I ACT LIKE "I KNOW IT ALL" lol why are they like that because they are constantly trying to prove them selves and to be "smart." You know whats even more annoying when they think they are right but actually are completly wrong but they keep talkin about the subject like they recieved a freaking Nobel Prize in that particular field.

Yes yes yes yes!!! I've seen it mainly in class with the back-to-school adults who WON'T STOP ASKING QUESTIONS!! Okay, we get it....you want to learn. Wonderful. Stop asking irrelevant questions so the professor can get on with the lecture.

i agree is not nice but...you have to analize, if what they say is really valid information or just playing with words, because if they are really people with good knowledge, we just envy them and envy is not a nice feeling, try to focus in study and improve your marks and your intellectual and spiritual level not just limit yourself in hate others and stay like that.Do something usefull for being a better student and better person, time is cruel and pass so fast,

Yes, I despise them. Funny thing is, my teacher is a smartass not to mention closed-minded. He tries SO hard to pronounce english words in slang and it sounds ridiculous. Like NOOK for example, he pronounces it something like Nheuk or something. Bah.

I don't have to "act", I generally do know it all!!...lol Kidding. Sometimes people are just over-eager to share their knowledge, they don't mean anything by it, but they should remain humble.
