Try 192.com
You can do a look up of the electoral roll based on name and town or postcode. When you find the match you can look at the full entry which lists the house full address and the occupants.
The only catch is that they charge you view the full entry.
Alternatively you could try posting something not important and hope the postman can find the right house and ask the person to contact you with their full details?

Impossible without the door no. A postcode will only give you the street and there could be 10s of houses there. Try the Electoral Register!
