Depending on the diet, you can definitely enjoy Subway. Just check out their website to see their menus with the nutritional values. Research your options so you're prepared when you go in and not just adding things spur of the moment that won't help your diet along. Try also to avoid getting the combos..even baked chips aren't gonna help you, and the cookies are a no-no.

Yes to some degree.

Chosing the smaller sandwich without fatty toppings like cheese and sauces/gravys (meaning meat and salad) is fine means that you can save on fat, carbs, calories/kjs etc and eat something else during the day such as a 99% fat free 150 gram tub of yoghurt for a snack, which helps to fill you up and includes a dairy for your daily requirement.

well, that guy on T.V. lost all that weight, and they hired him to be their spokesman.

of course, you have to limit what you eat at Subway, just like anything else. If you consume more calories than your body can burn...you WILL gain weight no matter WHAT you eat!!!!!

diet conscious people can eat whatever they want as long as they burn more calories than they take in.
