How to move my toolbar from top to bottom?

I have all the windows on top of screen and Im not quite used to it..Im currently on a friends PC.

By right clicking on Toolbar and deselect Lock the Taskbar, after doing that you will be able to drag and drop anywhere you want it.

click and drag the toolbar to the top.

hold it and drag it where u want..there..thats all.
