Yes I read the book and I did not feel sorry for her at all. I feel that people make their lives what it is. There are millions of people that come from poverty and become doctors, attorneys, etc. I feel that if she wanted to she could have chosen a different path for her life. I do not think that there is any way to justify sleeping with someones husband, celebrity or not

Reading the book instead of viewing the movie is the ultimate way to see what the author designed. Reading uses your imagination, hones your reading skills, and can improve your vocabulary

I saw her on Oprah but didn't read the book. It's sad and unfortunate but it has been happening forever.

Actually, as an executive at the largest publishing house in the world, I can tell you that it is, most times, illegal to view an author's entire body of work at no cost. However, if you found the book boring and highly unorganized...why would you want to read it again? If you think hard enough, you'll see that it would be futile for publishers to offer or allow books to be available for free. How would you expect them, or authors like Karrine Steffans, to make their millions? Your best bet is to to visit your local library. If I am not mistaken, the author is in most all libraries in the US. Like you said, borrowing is YOUR best bet...epecially for those who can't swing the twenty-seven dollars.

This book is not available online for free due to copyrighting. Books online can sometimes be found through free ebooks once their copyright has expired. Since this book was published in 2005, you will not find a legal copy online.

However, you can purchase it from an online book seller such as Amazon.com. If it helps, the book got pretty bad reviews....but to each his own.

Please note that if you are aware it would be illegal to obtain a copy of this book for free online, you are violating the Yahoo Terms of Service. I am not in the habit of regularly reporting people; I am only providing this information for your personal knowledge. Here is an excerpt of the Yahoo TOS:
