No.

See, the thing is that most animals is that have evolved pigments to stop light penetrating their cells. A man could have all the grenpigment he wanted and it won't do anything because the interior of the cells will be permanently in the dark.

With transparent animals like jellyfish or glass fish or similar you probably could achieve some level of autotrophic activity.

In the case of a highly active animal like a man the payoff wouldn't be worth the cost. Chlorplasts require energy to build and maintain and active animals can't afford to laze around int he sun all day. That's why the ancestors of animals abandoned their chlorophyll in the first place (did you know that all animals are descended from photosyntheic organisms?)

Sorry, but there are just too many hurdles to having a photosynthetic man.

just to give you some numbers:
a rate for making sugar that's considered fast in plants is 0.2 mg/h, for every square centimeter of its surface.
in this rate, a person with average height and surface would be able to make only 40 g sugar in 12 hours. not much for a whole day of standing in the sun.

plants have a bigger surface to expose to sunlight, compared to their volume, and also they don't use up as much energy, being still.
