How about we take all the crap people (including me!) in here are saying and dump it all into one of them suckers, see what happens then.
If that doesn't do it, it's probably impossible...

A black hole physically gets bigger as it sucks in more matter. I know of no current scientific theory whereby a black hole can attain some maximum mass or volume.
As far as the white dwarf canceling out a black hole, the concept is void of any scientific validity. A white dwarf if just a star, at least a remnant of one, it has no special properties that would interact differently than any other matter interacting with a black hole.

I was always fascinated by black holes. Your question isn't less fascinating, I wish I had a good answer for you, but I'd say "yes" a black hole and a white dwarf could cancel each other, however becoming "full"?! hmmm maybe not!

an uncomplicated way 2 look on the evaporation mechanism is that the quantum vacuum creates debris/antiparticles each and each of the time utilising 'borrowed power'. The Heisenberg uncertainty priciple facilitates it to 'borrow' an volume of power E for time t, the position E*t=h/2pi (h=plank const)..this creates a particle antiparticle pair so as that would charge, momentum etc are conserved. commonly the pair annihilate so power is conserved too. in the region of a black hollow between the debris will be captured, at the same time as the different escapes..this represents a information superhighway leakage of mass/power from the black hollow. for this reason a black hollow has a temperature and intensely slowly loses mass/power

Black holes nearest Earth are currently being filled with rejected silicone breast implants from the previous century -- which are now approved to be removed from storage -- as well as large barrels of the fat that is sucked out in liposuction procedures. Carefully released unwanted body hair is used to trigger the event horizon; and similarly, cosmetic waxing strips, when properly strung together, can initiate a wormhole.
Other methods of cosmetic and grooming related interstellar trash transport are currently being studied.
Happy Exploring!

The only substances known to man that can satisfactorily fill a black hole are Snickers bars. The experiment with Hershey bars just didn't pan out.
....watch this space for further developments!

it neve can be full because the theory of a black hole is that it goes to another time and place when an object enters it.

It doesn't absorb things it just flings them across the galaxy at near light speeds.
