Go without! If this is uncomfortable wear pantyhose instead of panties. The lined or cotton crotch is best and I would add an ultra thin panty liner pad to cut chances of infections...nylon whatever and even thongs are great ingredients for yeast infections. Women are all different, wear what is best for your health and what is most comfortable. Not sure on feminine health issues ask your GYN.

I've tried this brand called Bali's skimp skamp panties. they have a center seam and the seam for the cotton crotch is low, so unless your pants a real tight and you bend over a lot in front of people then they show no panty lines. I purchased them in hi-cut and brief style and they are very comfortable.

Naw, you got to wear a thong, that's all there is to it! Or, try the boyshorts, but sometimes they be ridin' up and you still get a not-so-smoove-look! Just get the thongs, or the tangas!
