Try swimming in salt water... The salt water will help to heal the pimples... also stay away from sharp cheeses and do not drink alot of soda... Try washing your body at least twice a day especially if you sweat alot. Use a mild soap and dont scub infected areas too hard.... people do say that the proactive does work... May be worth the money in the long run!...good luck and dont pop your pimples!

I am 100% sure you will not get pimples on your back and chest , It is chickenPox .
Some of the instructions you have to follow for chicken pox are as follows
1. Dont prick them or squeeze them they are contagious.
2. Drink load of tender cocunut water .
3. Stay away from others . take leave , go home and take rest , as this will take 20 days to get cured fully.
4. Dont take any medicines during this time.
just drink tender cocunut water , butter milk , water , and nothing salt and spicy , as salt will increase itching .
5. dont take bath untill it gets cured completely .
And no non veg during these times
and after this gets cured completely , you can use olive oil to oil your body and that will take 3 months for all the spots to go away.
You may also feel feverish that may go as you take rest .
Dont take anything hot.
Take care.

Hey dear,I have the same problems, only it is not as severe to my back..Please,visit a good dermatologist first.DO NEVER squeeze those nasty piples, because you'll infect more areas and inevitably you'll leave some blemishes and freckles..I think you have to take the proper antibiotic, like Doxiciclin,Erithromicin etc. Eat only healthy food,no chocolates, junk food..More veggies and fruits..Drink as much pure water as you can(will help you to reduce the toxins in your body)..Your hygiene must be perfect, use only non-soap anti-bacterial gels and locally try with Ethythromizin and Zink included product..Good luck and if you want contact me!!

Whoa... are you sure it's not like the Chicken Pox or anything??? Just checking, cuz I just had the Chicken Pox & it ain't fun! And, you need to be careful & not pick 'em, pimple or not, those will get infected & cause real bad trouble. You may need to get an antibiotic for those to prevent any infection. Get to the Dr., my friend!

The best thing here is to see a skin therapist who will put your skin into test to be able to know what is wrong and the necessary advice and medication to give you.

you might need to see a dermatologist...but in the meantime, please do not squeeze them because this can make them worse by rupturing the follicle under the skin which starts a more severe form of reaction, plus the skin is now more susceptible to scarring now.
