Most people would answer "Libra" to your question. The symbol originaly is represented by a man holding the scales with his one hand, showing a libra as someone who lives to try and attain balance as the scales he is holding constantly shift up and down becasuse of his humanness. A solid set of scales can only represent all that libra is not--immovable, solid and lifeless justice.
